Has anyone had the following issue with the Nerf N-strike Elite TERRASCOUT remote controlled tank?
The issue is the gun turret will not lower.
It will rise if the gun turret is manually depressed first but will not lower again. Every other function appears to work e.g remote control turns and drives tank, gun shoots.
The remote control also shows the turret elevation rises and lowering on screen but nothing happens. No motor sound even when trying to lower turret. Motor sound is present when it rises though?
I briefly opened the gun and could not see any obvious broken or lose wires or parts?
Any thought or suggestions would be appreciated. Can you buy replacement motor for this nerf product?
